Mr. Justice M. Jaichandren started practice as a lawyer at Madras High Court in 1983. He was appointed as a Judge of Madras High Court on 10.12.2005 from where he retired on 24.02.2017. He was in charge of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai, where he had very successfully conducted a ‘Southern Regional Conference on Mediaon’, involving all the Southern states, including the States of Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and the Union Territory of Puducherry. He is practicing as a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and also acting as a distinguished Arbitrator / Mediator in several arbitral and mediation proceedings.
