Mr. Justice Sash Kumar Agnihotri started practice as a Lawyer in August 1982 in Delhi. He was elevated as Judge, High Court of Chhattisgarh on 05.05.2005. He assumed the office of Chief Justice, Madras High Court as Acting Chief Justice from 13.02.2014 ll 25.07.2014. He was appointed as Chief Justice, High Court of Sikkim with effect from 22.09.2016 and demied office on 30.06. 2018. A highly experienced and renowned jurist, he has also been Chairman, of the Mediation Committee, Madras High Court. He is now acting as Mediator / Arbitrator in several mediation / arbitral proceedings.
