Schedule of Charges
1) Hall Charges for Arbitration/ Mediation/ Negotiation (as per the requirements):
- Rs.7,500/-+ GST per session for up to a maximum of three arbitrators and up to 14 seats
- Rs.20,000/- + GST for a full day (Three exclusive sessions)
- Rs. 2,500/- + GST per session for a war room
- Rs. 6,000/- + GST for a full day for a war room (Three exclusive sessions)
Note: One session is two and a half hours, with an additional 30 minutes allowed if required by the arbitrator. Up to three sessions per day are allowed, with proceedings able to be held on any day except national or specific holidays declared by the central or state government under the Negotiable Instruments Act. The above charges include free Wi-Fi, complimentary tea/coffee and cold beverages with cookies during the session, and access to the Internet for research.
2) Other charges (as per the requirements):
- Steno Charges: Rs.1,500/- per session + GST
- Video Conferencing: Rs.1,000/- per session + GST
- Printing and Scanning: Rs.10/- per page (B/W) & Rs.15/- per page (colour) + GST (first 15 B/W pages free, no charge for internet use)
- Photocopy: Rs.2/- per page + GST
- Working Lunch/Dinner: Rs.450/- (vegetarian) or Rs.550/- (non-vegetarian) per person + GST (North Indian, Chinese, or Continental cuisine available, fixed menu applies. Please inform us of the number of people and desired cuisine at least 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.)
Additionally, KDLC has a dedicated suite for arbitrators, two separate break-out rooms for claimants and respondents, a well-equipped pantry, and clean washrooms. The entire facility is air-conditioned (both hot and cold) with full power backups. KDLC also provides free transportation within Delhi/NCR for arbitrators (pick-up and drop only). To book the facilities and prepare an invoice, we will need the name of the entity/person for whom the invoice should be made, along with their PAN and GST numbers.
Payment Details:
- We accept only non-payee cheques or RTGS/NEFT bank transfers for full payment at the time of booking/holding.
- Payments can be made over the counter (by cheque) or in advance (online transfer). Any balance based on actuals can be made over the counter upon completion of the arbitration proceedings.
- Cancellations will result in a 50% deduction on refunded payments.
